General Policies for Minors

MINORS 16 - 18 years of age

Anyone still currently enrolled in High School, regardless of age, is considered a minor and will be restricted to student hours of 5am-8pm.

  • After 8pm students are required to enter the facility with an adult member, such as a parent or legal guardian, and must be supervised at all times.
  • Minors are not allowed to use their parent's access card after 8pm.
  • Hometown Fitness reserves the right, in its discretion, to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.
  • Minors allowing their non-member friends to enter the facility will be cancelled from the membership immediately. Absolutely no excuses will be accepted.

CANCELLATION


ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE, FAX, WEBSITE, EMAIL OR SOCIAL MEDIA.

* NO REFUNDS on Drafted Memberships, Prepaid Memberships or Student Memberships Regardless of Usage.

OPTION 1

Send a 30 day written notice of cancellation via certified mail from the post office to Hometown Fitness PO Box 3093 Dayton, TX 77535.

Please include your name, name of additional members on membership, address, phone number, a reason why you are cancelling, the date and signature.

OPTION 2

Fill out a cancellation form at the front desk during staffed hours.

STAFFED HOURS

OPTION 3

Use your access card to enter the facility and leave your 30 day written notice of cancellation on the front desk. Your request will be submitted on the next business day.

REPORTING ISSUES

In case of emergency please call 911. To report non-emergency situations, requiring authorities, please call Dayton Police Department non-Emergency number (936)258-7621.

Report any injury immediately to the Fitness Center Attendant on duty or call (832)597-2210 for after hour assistance.
